Q: I’d like to buy something from your website.  What should I do?
A: First thing you should do is make a note of the style number or name of the item(s) you wanna buy.  Then be sure to email us so we can check to make sure the item or items are still available since most of the stuff you see is one-of-a-kind.  You will get a yay or nay email from us and then you can go ahead and buy in the many ways listed below!

Q: How do I pay for the goods?
A: A Billion Hellions happily offers online shopping via PayPal, a secure site. This is for credit card payments only, and you don't have to be registered with PayPal.   Please email us first (see above), we'll make sure the piece you want is in stock, then click on the button below, and PayPal will take care of the rest.

If you’re a bit freaked out about placing an online order, we can do it the ol’ fashioned way! You can email your phone number and order to us and we can process your info over the phone or simply email us with the item(s) you would like to purchase and if item is available, we'll send you an invoice. You may then pay by cash, check or money order via snail mail. Once your check or money order clears, we will send out your order.

Q: I want something no one else has.  How do you do custom orders?
A: Shoot us an email with the details of what you have in mind, your time frame, budget, etc. and we will tell you if we can do it or not.  Since we make these items expressly for you, 50% of the cost of the item is due up front and then the rest of it will be due once item is completed.

Q: What do you charge for shipping and handling?
A: A Billion Hellions ships First Class U.S. mail as follows:

Q: How long will it be until my order ships?
 A:  We want you to totally love us as much as we love you so we try to ship as fast as we can, usually within 24-48 hours after you’ve paid up and/or your check clears.  First Class mail usually takes from 1-4 days to arrive.  Obviously, if you are having something custom-made or custom adjusted, it may take a bit more time but we will be in touch with you every step of the way!  

Q: What is your return policy?
A:  You have thirty days to return your item if you are not satisfied with it but please,please, please contact us before returning a piece.  Custom made pieces cannot be returned because as we state all over the website…they were made just for you!

Q: What about jewelry repairs?
A: We will do it absolutely for free if the piece requires repair because of a faulty part or normal wear and tear. Anything that falls outside of that, (your cat chewed on it, your dorky boyfriend sat on it, etc.)  can also be made for the cost of materials plus a labor charge of $20 per hour ($10 minimum repair fee). Normal wear and tear is determined at the discretion of our tiny Hellion team. If you lost it or broke it, we cannot be responsible in any other way besides being a shoulder to cry on.
